Walk in to an impressive entry leading to an open plan living, meals and kitchen area with stainless steel appliances with electric oven, gas cooktop and the convenience of a dishwasher. Beautifully styled the well-appointed meals and lounge area opens out onto a north facing paved courtyard and fully enclosed rear yard perfect for the kids, your four legged friend and entertaining in the summer. The bottom level also features a master bedroom with queen size bed & private ensuite with spa bath. A fully equipped separate laundry and powder room is also available for guest use.

Upstairs comprises two additional good sized bedrooms, main bathroom, separate toilet, study area and spacious second living leading onto a tiled outdoor entertaining area capturing both ocean and wetland views.

This lovely property provides a double automatic garage, reverse cycle heating/air conditioning, Wi-Fi and all the creature comforts you need.

Fancy an early morning swim or a walk with your four legged friend on Torquays glorious Whites beach, or just sit back and relax while admiring all the ocean has to offer. This deceptively large double storey home is situated on Torquays famous Esplanade, opposite Whites beach and close to The Sands Clubhouse, golf course, driving range and restaurant.

Please be advised that linen is not supplied or included in the advertised price however is available to hire through an external provider for an additional cost. Please advise our friendly staff should you wish to hire linen during your stay.

Booking for Xmas/New Year Period? From the 19th December 2025 to the 16th January 2026, we will be running 7 night minimum bookings with arrival and departure dates being Friday to Friday. The weeks will be as follows:

o Week 2 – Friday 26th January to Friday 2nd January
o Week 3 – Friday 2nd January to Friday 9th January
o Week 4 – Friday 9th January to Friday 16th January

  Very happy with our stay at this lovely home (couple and 1 dog). Plenty of room to have a larger group stay over. Doggy beach nearby and secure back yard for our small dog. Only negatives were the doggy door was very stiff and our dog was unable to use it. Very negative experience with the real estate managing the property-it took many phone calls to get our $500 bond returned. This was very disappointing as we passed the cleaning inspection, having left the home as we would our own. The staff at the real estate agency reception were very pleasant and helpful in all our dealings. It was simply a management issue with the return of our bond. If I was the owners, I would be looking for a new agency to manage your great property.

  Fantastic. The accommodation was perfect for our stay with family and our fur-baby. It was opposite the lead free park and beach - just 30 secs and we were there :). The place had everything you needed, you just needed to bring yourself. Everything was labelled so you knew exactly where to find things and of course return things when you had finished with them. We were also allowed to access the property early - which was fantastic. If you want the perfect stay and not have to worry about a thing - I recommend this place.

  I liked this property but was charged extra vleaning fees for not emptying the kitcgen bin when there was no red bin provided. I was told bathroom and toilet were dirty. Sorry in the age of covid is it not the vleaners job to fully clean the house? I am very concerned that said cleaner takes covid as a joke and thinks if everything looks clean she doesn't have to do anything. Yuk! I am appaled at the lack of consultation with us the renter. We received an email saying sorry not good enough you forfeit your deposit no phone call and when I complained I got a call but also platitudes that the owners will not renege despite the place not being left with bags for food scraps, a red bin I mean can I have a refund for not being provided the basics?
