Complete with a relaxed coastal charm, this inviting 4-bedroom home offers an immediate sense of comfort from the moment you arrive. Perfect for a restful holiday or weekend escape, it comfortably accommodates 8 guests, with a sofa bed providing additional sleeping space for a 9th adult or two children. The home is designed for cosy, laid-back living in a welcoming coastal setting.

Ground Level
The lower level features three bedrooms, including a spacious master with a private ensuite and walk-in robe. The remaining bedrooms include built-in robes, and all three rooms enjoy glass sliding doors that open onto a private undercover deck. Each bedroom is fitted with a split system for year-round comfort, and two include Smart TVs.

The main bathroom is bright and airy, offering a shower, bath and vanity, with a separate powder room for added convenience. At the rear of the home, the fully equipped laundry includes a washer, dryer, ironing facilities, an indoor fixed clothes rack, and access to an outdoor washing line.

Upper Level
Upstairs has been thoughtfully designed with an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The living zone features high ceilings, glimpses of the ocean, and a cosy gas fireplace for the cooler months. Sliding glass doors open to a sun-filled alfresco area complete with outdoor dining for six and a relaxed lounge setting—ideal for enjoying time with family and friends.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for easy holiday cooking, including a 900mm oven, stovetop, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, and a full range of cookware, utensils, and kitchen essentials.

Located just off the kitchen, the rumpus/4th bedroom offers great versatility. It includes a Smart TV (also viewable from the upstairs alfresco area), a queen bed, and a double sofa bed, making it a perfect retreat for the kids or an additional living space for larger groups.
